This is an 4-week running and cross-training program designed to teach beginner runners their perfect stride and challenge advanced runners to perfect their time. Unlike most running camps, the goal is not to solely increase your speed. It is to make running less stressful on you and your body. You’ll learn simple form adjustments designed to increase efficiency and reduce injury. Each class you will end with some yoga to optimize recovery.
